DATA & DELETION

How SYSTEM//ZERO stores local information and how you can remove it.

NO SYSTEM//ZERO USER ACCOUNT

SYSTEM//ZERO version 1 does not create a SYSTEM//ZERO user account. There is therefore no online profile or registration record to remove, and no request is needed.

LOCAL APPLICATION DATA

Your player name, profile image, quests, categories, XP, level, stats, streak, progression, selected System and themes, settings, onboarding state, and local premium-entitlement cache may be stored locally on your device.

You can generally remove local information by using relevant in-app reset or removal functions where available, deleting selected content, or uninstalling SYSTEM//ZERO or clearing its local application data, subject to your device and operating system behavior.

Before removing the app: SYSTEM//ZERO does not currently provide cloud recovery for gameplay progress. Removing local app data may permanently remove quests, XP, stats, streaks, settings, and other progression.

PLATFORM PURCHASE RECORDS

Uninstalling the app or clearing local data does not delete Apple App Store or Google Play purchase history. Apple and Google control their own transaction and store records under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Eligible premium System Packs may normally be restored with Restore Purchases while using the platform-store account that owns the purchase. Restoration does not recover gameplay progress, and purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google.
